Return & Refund Policy

Smart Box Solutions Pte Ltd is committed to provide a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of **unused or unopened merchandise for up to 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund.

Proof of purchase or invoice is required for return and reimbursement of the actual purchase price less the shipping costs fixed at S$20 per trip.

** Smart Box Solutions Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any purchase returns, in case the merchandise (product,
packaging, user manual, all accessories and including free promotion items) are found to have any of the conditions:

  • Used
  • Misplaced
  • Not in good condition
  • Incomplete
  • Without a proof of purchase/ invoice

Processing a Return with Invoice & Delivery Order

Get ready the required documents – Invoice and the Delivery Order received in your shipment and please follow the instructions below, to process your return:

  1. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box.
  2. Contact us via email: and indicate the invoice number and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned.
  3. Smart Box Solutions Pte Ltd will reply your email with:a.Goods Return Case number, if your return is accepted
    b. Collection Date & Time for your selection
    c. A checklist to ensure your Goods Return meets our Return & Refund Policy

    Once we receive your selected collection date & time and verified the checklist via email, we shall confirm the
    collection by return email.

  4. Put the Invoice and Delivery Order together with the original box
  5. Smart Box Solutions Pte Ltd will contact the customer 60mins before the collection time to confirm the collection trip.
    If all the collection arrangement has been made and unfortunately, the customer is not at the address to hand over the goods return; the second door-to-door collection charges (fixed at S$20 per trip) shall be borne by the customer.
